Welcome to Alchemy Psychiatry & Wellness. I am Lana Beal, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner devoted to helping you reach your highest level of mental health and well-being. I was born, raised, and currently reside in Southern California with my family of five.
Education:
Bachelor of Arts in Communication (BA): University of Southern California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): Colorado Technical University
Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (MSN): Eastern Kentucky University.
Experience:
I have over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a wide variety of settings including Intensive Care, Emergency, Recovery, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology and Mental health.

Dr. Inderpreet Dhillon is as seasoned psychiatrist with over 17 years of experience. He is the Senior Medical Director for Grow Therapy. He has also spent over 13 years working for Kaiser Permanente Medical Group as Associate Chair for Access and Operations and Interim Chair for Mental Health. Dr. Dhillon is dedicated to creating systems that ensure timely, high quality, cost-effective and equitable mental healthcare for diverse populations.
Dr. Dhillon earned his Doctor of Medicine at Bogomolets National Medical University and completed his residency at North General Hospital and Mount Sanai Medical Center.
Dr. Dhillon’s philosophy centers on building trust with his patients. He believes that physicians must treat people, not just diseases. Psychiatry is rapidly evolving, and a key part of his role is to make mental health care less mysterious through education.
