We'll talk about how we can work together to support your path to recovery and overall well-being. From there, we'll create a customized treatment plan based on your needs and goals, and decide on the best schedule for follow-up appointments.

60 Minute appointment

Fee: $350

During these sessions, we’ll discuss your response to the treatment, any side effects, and any other concerns you may have. Medication is only recommended when necessary and after we've explored other non-medication treatment options. When starting a new medication or adjusting dosages, we’ll meet twice a month to check in on how the medication is working, any improvements you’ve noticed, and whether you're experiencing any side effects or concerns. Once we’ve found a medication regimen that’s effective for you, we’ll reduce the frequency of these check-ins to a schedule that works for both of us.

30 Minute Appointment

Fee: $200

In each follow-up session, you'll receive supportive therapy, which provides emotional guidance, encouragement, and validation as you work through life's difficulties. This service is included in the cost of your follow-up visits.

Lab tests may be discussed during your session and could be recommended based on your treatment goals. Routine lab work is often covered by insurance, though costs can vary if they are not covered. These tests can provide important insights into your physical health, brain chemistry, underlying medical conditions, nutrient deficiencies, and hormonal imbalances that might be affecting your mental health. With the lab results,, we can make more accurate diagnoses, customize your treatment plan, and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
